In detail, grouped the way the app is. Tap a group to open it.
- Unlimited task lists; a new install starts with “My Tasks”
- Lists sit in a scrolling tab bar; swipe left or right on the page to move to the next or previous list
- Create a list from the “+ New list” tab at the end of the bar, or from the side menu
- Rename a list by tapping its title; delete a list from the list menu (the last list can’t be deleted)
- Reorder lists by long-pressing and dragging them in the side menu, or sort them A–Z in your language’s alphabetical order
- The side menu shows how many open tasks each list has
- A Starred view gathers starred tasks from every list, each labelled with its list
- An Upcoming view gathers every open task with a date or a deadline, soonest first (a deadline without a time counts as 18:00, a date without one as 23:59)
- An All tasks view shows every list's tasks in one place, the newest first; it can be turned off in Settings
- Search every task and note across all lists, whatever the accents, capitals or punctuation; with Plus, search shows your hashtags too
- Each list shows its number of open tasks; the app reopens on the list you used last
- Add a task with the + button: title, details, date and time, repeat, deadline and star, all in one sheet; Enter saves
- Smart quick add: type “tomorrow 9am dentist”, “every Friday gym” or “yarın 9'da dişçi” and the date, time and repeat set themselves, in every language the app speaks
- Share text or a link from any app to InkDone and it becomes a new task
- With InkDone Plus, hashtags: write #home or #shopping in a task, with your earlier tags suggested as you type; they show as chips, and tapping one lists every task with it
- A task page with a title and free-text details that save as you type
- Subtasks under any task (one level), shown indented under it in the list
- Completing a task completes its open subtasks too
- Tick the circle and it fills with ink as the task is struck through
- Completed tasks gather in a collapsible “Completed” section, where they can be reopened
- Star tasks from the list, the task page or when adding them
- Move a task, with its subtasks, to another list from the list button on its page
- Copy a task, with its notes, to paste anywhere
- Swipe right on a task's page to go back
- Sort a list four ways: My order, Date, Deadline, or Starred recently
- In My order, long-press a task and drag it to a new place; the list scrolls by itself near the edges
- Each row shows the task’s notes (two lines), its date and deadline (red once passed), a repeat icon and how many files it has
- Delete all completed tasks of a list in one tap, with Undo
- A due date with an optional time, picked on a month calendar that starts on Monday
- The time is picked with your phone's own time picker
- Repeat a task daily, weekly, monthly or yearly; completing it creates the next one on its next date
- A deadline apart from the due date, with its own optional time, for when the task must be done by
- Passed dates and deadlines turn red everywhere, and move forward with a repeating task
- Dates read as Today, Tomorrow or Yesterday when they’re close
- Add to calendar: one tap opens your phone’s calendar app with the task filled in as an event (one hour at its time, or all day), its deadline and notes in the description; no calendar permission needed
- A reminder at the task’s time, or at 9:00 on its due day when it has no time
- With InkDone Plus, extra reminders 10 minutes, an hour or a day before a task is due
- Deadline reminders at 9:00 the day before and at the deadline itself
- An optional daily summary at 8:00 with what’s due today and how many tasks are overdue
- Buttons in the notification: Mark completed, In 1 hour and Tomorrow, which work without opening the app
- Snoozing a repeating task moves only that day; the next one comes at its usual day and time
- Tapping a reminder opens its task
- Reminders are scheduled on the phone itself, so they work offline
- Due-date reminders and the daily summary can each be turned on or off in Settings
- A widget for today's tasks, overdue ones included, in the app's own ink-on-paper look and handwriting
- Tick a task off right on the widget, open a task, or add one with its + button
- Three sizes: a list of tasks, a glance with the count left, and a slim strip with the next task
- Add it from your launcher's widgets, or from the app's Settings
- Voice notes as in WhatsApp: hold the mic to record, let go to add it; slide left to cancel, slide up to lock and talk hands-free
- A voice note plays right in the task: play and pause, its own waveform that fills as it plays (tap it to jump), its length, and 1×, 1.5× or 2× speed
- Record a voice note while adding a task, or on any task later; recordings are AAC (.m4a), about half a megabyte a minute, up to 10 minutes
- Attach any kind of file to a task (photos, PDFs, documents), several at once, up to 10 per task
- Pictures show as thumbnails; other files open in a matching app on your phone
- Deleting a file asks first, and can still be undone for a few seconds
- With InkDone Plus, files and voice notes reach your other phones through your own Google Drive, in a hidden app folder only InkDone can read; our servers never store your files
- Share a list with family or friends: everyone sees the same tasks and ticks them off, and changes reach the others within seconds
- Only the person who shares needs Plus; the others join for free
- Send the invite as a link: on a phone with InkDone it opens the app, ready to join; otherwise the page shows how to get it, and the code to type in
- Each person picks the name the others see; the list's owner sees who's in, can take someone out, make a new code or stop sharing
- Leave a shared list at any time; it stays on your phone as your own
- Stars and extra reminders stay your own; voice notes and files stay out of shared lists
- The share button sits next to each list's name
- With InkDone Plus, lists, tasks, attachments and voice notes sync between all your Android phones and inkdone.app
- End-to-end encrypted: your lists and tasks, shared lists too, are encrypted on your phone before they sync, with a key only your devices have; connect Google Drive to keep a copy of the key for a new phone
- InkDone on your computer at inkdone.app: open it in any browser and scan its QR code with your phone's camera (or type its six digits); no password
- On a wide screen the web app keeps your lists in a side menu beside the tasks
- Instant: a change on one phone shows up on the others within seconds
- Works offline; changes sync when the connection comes back
- When two phones change the same task, the latest change wins
- Settings shows when the last sync happened, with a Sync now button
- Settings lists every phone and browser signed in to your account, and signs any of them out
- Delete your account, and everything synced, from our servers at any time; you type a word to confirm, so it can’t happen by accident
- Automatic backup on the phone after every change, carried by Android’s own backup to your Google account
- Optional Google Drive backup, saved a few seconds after every change in Drive’s hidden app folder
- On a fresh install, InkDone offers to restore the backup it finds
- Export every task, live and archived, as Excel (.xlsx), CSV, JSON or Markdown, from Settings
- Export works with or without Plus: your data is never locked in
- Excel and CSV hold one row per task (list, title, notes, parent, dates, times, deadline, repeat, star, completion, archive and files); Markdown is a checklist per list for note apps; JSON is InkDone’s full backup, with attached files up to 20 MB
- Deleted tasks go to an archive first, with Undo; they stay 1, 7, 14, 30 or 90 days (14 by default), then are deleted for good
- From the archive, restore a task to its list or delete it for good, or empty the whole archive
- Delete all your data from Settings
- A hand-drawn look: ink strokes and handwritten fonts on paper
- Four paper textures: dots, lines, grid or plain; with InkDone Plus also kraft paper and a yellow legal pad
- With InkDone Plus, red, green, purple or brown ink instead of blue, and two more handwritings: Patrick Hand and Indie Flower
- Light theme, dark theme, or following your phone
- 30 languages: English, Turkish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Czech, Romanian, Hungarian, Greek, Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic, Persian, Urdu, Hebrew, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Vietnamese and Indonesian
- Starts in your phone's language, with a full right-to-left layout in Arabic, Persian, Urdu and Hebrew; each line of a task runs in its own script's direction
- Respects the system’s reduce-motion setting; buttons are labelled for screen readers
- The Android Back button closes the topmost sheet or page first
- In-app updates from Google Play tell you when a new version is out
- Free on your phone: unlimited lists and tasks, subtasks, dates, deadlines, reminders, the widget, smart quick add, voice notes, files, the archive, Drive backup, export and joining shared lists, with no time limit
- The free version shows one small ad for another Tendanto app at the bottom of the screen; no ad networks, and nothing about you is sent to choose it
- InkDone Plus, monthly, yearly or once for good through Google Play, adds sharing your lists, instant sync between your phones, the web app at inkdone.app, files and voice notes on every phone, extra reminders, hashtags, reports for any stretch of time, ink colors, papers and handwritings, and no ads
- The Report shows the last 7 days and this week for free; with Plus, also 30 days, the month, the year, all time or any dates
- Cancel a Plus subscription anytime in Google Play
- If Plus ends, InkDone keeps working on your phone as the free version; your tasks stay there
- No account to create: no name, email or password; your Google Play purchase is your key

Questions and answers.
Something else? support@tendanto.comWhat is InkDone?
InkDone is a to-do list and task manager app for Android, made by Tendanto. It works like Google Tasks (lists, subtasks, due dates and reminders) with a hand-drawn ink-on-paper look, plus deadlines, file attachments, an archive and instant sync between phones.
Is InkDone free?
Yes. InkDone is free on your phone, with unlimited lists and tasks, reminders, the widget, voice notes and files, and one small ad for another of our apps. InkDone Plus, monthly, yearly or once for good through Google Play, adds shared lists, instant sync between your phones, the web app at inkdone.app, extra reminders, ink colors and papers, and removes the ad.
Does InkDone work offline?
Yes. Your lists live on your phone, so adding, editing and completing tasks, and reminders, all work without a connection. Changes sync to your other phones when you’re back online.
Can I use InkDone on more than one phone?
Yes, with InkDone Plus. Lists, tasks, attached files and voice notes sync instantly between all your Android phones. Files travel through your own Google Drive, so connect Drive with the same Google account on each phone.
Can I share a list with my family?
Yes, with InkDone Plus. Tap the share button next to the list's name and send the link; whoever taps it on a phone with InkDone joins, and everyone sees and ticks off the same tasks. Only you need Plus: the others join for free.
Does InkDone have tags?
Yes, with InkDone Plus. Write a hashtag such as #home in a task's title or notes, and your earlier tags are suggested as you type. Tap a tag to see every task that has it, across all your lists.
Do I need an account?
No. There’s no sign-up, email or password. The free version needs nothing; for Plus, your Google Play subscription identifies you, and Restore purchases brings it to a new phone.
Can a task have a deadline as well as a due date?
Yes. Each task can have a due date (when you mean to do it) and a separate deadline (when it must be done), each with an optional time. A passed deadline shows in red, and a reminder comes the day before.
Can I record voice notes?
Yes. Hold the mic, as in WhatsApp, to record a voice note on a new or existing task; slide left to cancel or up to lock. It plays inside the task with a waveform and 1×, 1.5× or 2× speed, and syncs to your other phones like any attached file.
Can I take my tasks with me?
Yes, anytime, even after a subscription ends: Settings exports every task as Excel, CSV, JSON or Markdown.
What happens to tasks I delete?
They go to the archive first, with Undo. The archive keeps them 14 days by default (1, 7, 30 or 90 days in Settings); until then you can restore them or delete them for good.
Can I add tasks to my calendar?
Yes, one task at a time: Add to calendar opens your phone’s calendar app with the task filled in as an event. It isn’t a two-way calendar sync.
Is InkDone on the web or iPhone?
On the web, yes, with InkDone Plus: open inkdone.app on your computer and scan its QR code with your phone to sign in; your lists stay in sync with your phone. There's no iPhone app yet: InkDone is an Android app, for phones with Android 7.0 or newer.
What doesn’t InkDone do?
There are no priorities, and no custom repeats such as every two weeks. Voice notes are kept as sound, not turned into text, and files stay out of shared lists. It doesn’t import from other to-do apps or files; your tasks can be exported as Excel, CSV, JSON or Markdown.
